small groups who need office space on a monthly basis. There is 24 / 7 access
for all members and the opportunity to join the running club, attend
presentations and take part in activities such as operation transformation or
other healthy eating / living activities.

The marina has some of the nicest running or walking trails in the city and
with the showers we have on site any time is a good time for a run. There are
dedicated cycle lanes to the marina. Fancy eating out or grabbing a coffee?
The marina and Blackrock has some of the nicest places to eat in Cork.
