gteic@Cill Charthaigh is a Gaeltacht Digital Hub in Kilcar Co. Donegal and is
a member of the Gaeltacht network of 31 gteic digital hubs throughout Ireland
promoted by Údarás na Gaeltachta. This hub provides co-working, hot desking,
unit spaces and training facilities of different sizes in a creative and
innovation-friendly environment where new start-ups and existing projects can
grow and develop. WestBIC, the Business and Innovation Centre for the Northern
and Western Region of Ireland, provides on-site business mentoring and
supports to start-ups and established businesses in the centre and in the
surrounding region. The centre has a lower carbon footprint than many other
centres as a result of a geo-thermal heating system which provides heating to
all clients free of charge. High speed fibre broadband is available since
2021.
