connect great minds. We’ve created a community business hub where you can
meet, work and collaborate together.

Whether it's taking a 5-minute breather on one of our outdoor terraces or a
lunchtime walk along the waterfront marina, we believe it’s essential to take
time to recharge yourself and your mindset.

We offer private offices, monthly desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, social
spaces and a registered address package.



Private Offices

Our private offices have their own lock and key. Our offices can accommodate
one person up to a team of 20. All offices have access to outdoor terraces
with inspiring views sweeping across North County Dublin.

Monthly Desks

Our dedicated desks give you your own space to work. Your own desk, chair, and
locker on a month-to-month basis. You’ll have access to our ground floor
social space & balcony, canteen, zoom room along with exclusive access to our
meetings and event space.

Hot Desks

If you’re working remotely and love having day to day flexibility, our hot
desk option is for you. We have co-working desks, meeting booths, comfy
couches and areas for you to lounge with views for you to think big!

Meeting Rooms

If you’re looking for a meeting room for your next conference call, board
meeting, group training, or workshop, we have flexible space to meet your
needs. Collaborate and meet on the water, close to home, without leaving North
County Dublin. Flexibility in the suburbs!
