WorkIQ is the new home for start-ups and growing enterprises in South
Dublin. Our purpose-built Innovation Centre features modern and flexible
[office](https://workiq.ie/office-space/) and
[coworking](https://workiq.ie/coworking//coworking/) space for up to 60
businesses, plus outstanding [meeting rooms](https://workiq.ie/meeting-rooms/)
and conference facilities for customers and the community to rent.

Our mentors from the wider [Oxford Innovation
Space](https://oxfordinnovationspace.co.uk/) network have a wealth of business
experience within the start-up and scaleup environment and are here to provide
bespoke business support to help you succeed. We offer a range of start-up
programmes, including training, mentoring, funding support and skills
development, so you can get the help you need to take your business to the
next level.

WorkIQ is part of South [Dublin County
Council’s](https://www.sdcc.ie/en/news/council-turns-sod-on-new-innovation-
centre-in-tallaght.html) new urban district, Innovation Quarter Tallaght.
This new development includes a new Affordable Housing Scheme, Innovation
Square and Tallaght District Heating Network. Together with our neighbours,
WorkIQ will play a major role in developing start-up enterprises, providing
cutting edge facilities and creating over 700 jobs worth €80m to the
Dublin economy.
