The Epi-Centre Hot desk and Conference/Meeting Room facility is located in the heart of the vibrant, colourful and welcoming village of Athleague, Co. Roscommon, only 8km from Roscommon Town and on the banks of the majestic River Suck.
The Epi-Centre takes pride of place on the first floor of our newly renovated Community Centre.
There is ample free parking in our adjacent carpark and village square.
A large lift at the front of the building provides accessibility for all. The centre also provides accessible toilets and shower facilities. The newly renovated village streetscape with its accessible footpaths also allows easy movement through the village.
A 24 hour fob access system allows for world friendly working in all time zones.
For those who don’t wish to travel by car, there is a daily bus service running between Galway and Roscommon with the bus stop right outside the building. There are also secure bike racks in our village centre and accessible footpaths and walking routes for the active worker!
Our bright and airy Epi-Centre area has 7 x hot desks and a communal meeting space available. Each spacious workstation is equipped with ergonomically designed furniture for a comfortable and pleasant working environment.
The adjacent conference/training room is equipped with state of the art video conferencing equipment. It can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people.
A self-service “cuppa and chat area” on the ground floor provides a free tea and coffee making facility for hot desk users, so there are no excuses for a dip in productivity.
On the ground floor also sits our community function room and a state of the art sports hall, which are also available for hire for all business, sports, wellbeing or social functions.
The Community Centre Staff and volunteers are available to help out in any way they can to ensure your time in the Epi-Centre and in our local village is a welcoming and enjoyable experience!

Within a one-minute walk from the Epi-Centre, you will find the award-winning artisan café, Les Petites Tartes. This is a real destination café catering for all dietary requirements where the friendly staff use the best of local and home-grown ingredients, to make your lunchtime experience a healthy and very enjoyable one!
For a quick bite on the go, you have a superbly stocked hot and cold deli with its own coffee doc and sit-down area in our busy local shop, Keane's Centra, Athleague.
Jones Filling station on the edge of the village, also have a smaller convenience shop and a newly constructed hot and cold deli.
Hamrock's Family run local pub also provides a daily home cooked lunch.
_Rest & Revive_
There are many beautiful walks around our village. Our new village cycle lane and footpath assists in taking a quick and safe lunchtime walk. “To the pitch and back” will take approximately 20 minutes to walk from the Epi-Centre.
We suggest a walk down to the village bathing area where you may even decide to take a lunch time dip in the beautiful River Suck, enjoyed all year around by locals and visitors alike.
By the riverside, you will often see people enjoying their takeaway lunch or cuppa, as they chat with the locals or enjoy a few minutes of peaceful mindfulness as they listen to the water cascade over the riverside weir. If you are lucky, you may even spot our resident Heron or Kingfisher in their riverside home.
Staff from the adjacent Riverside Centre, which hosts a new social enterprise, the Cycle Up Project, are there to greet locals and visitors alike if they wish to learn more about this exciting new venture in our village
