The Rising Tide Business Centre is located in three refurbished listed
buildings on the main street of New Ross. We provide flexible, convenient
office spaces.
There are currently 29 rooms, most of which are let full time on a rolling

We also provide shorter term solutions which include daily hot desks, daily
private rooms, therapy rooms and meeting rooms.
The Rising Tide Business Centre will also be participating in the Learning in
the Hub initiative and will facilitate mature students to complete third level
